The challenge
The challenge the brand faced was that they had no prior experience with user-generated content (UGC) and needed a scalable solution to find creators who will make content on an on-going basis to fuel their Meta Ads and organic social media. Additionally, they needed support with script writing and post-production resources to effectively manage and produce the content.
Solution
In the beginning, the client collaborated with 20 creators in the parenting category to kickstart their UGC strategy in their primary market - the United States. The selected creators made videos with 8 different ad angles; testimonial, gifting, product-description, review, gifting, offer, problem & solution & 3 reasons why.
The brand generated scripts for selected ad angles using Influee's Magic Script. The post production was done with Ad Creator's Magic Edits feature. The optimised workflow saved dozens of hours of their time and in only 2 months, they have exported 93 rendered videos with completed post production that they've used on various channels - paid advertising, on their socials, on the website & in email marketing. Over the course of our collaboration, the brand has collaborated with 50+ unique creators and exported hundreds of UGC videos. Challenge
Eneba's challenge was to get high-quality content in a foreign market. The team is based in Europe, whereas their content needs are for USA and Canada. The lack of local presence presented a need for a trusted partner who can quickly match them with high quality creators worldwide.
Solution
Eneba partnered with Influee to promote their marketplace and specific digital products that they offer. The brand collaborated with 22 creators to make a mix of assets - photos & videos. Results
The creators made engaging video ads that included both main footage and b-roll footage. The average price per asset they paid was 45$. The b-roll footage included clips of creators interacting with the website, greenscreen videos, and creators using the website on their phones. Challenge

The goal for the brand was to scale their content production to fuel their paid and organic social media campaigns on all European markets. Each month, they test over X video and photo ads, therefore they need a reliable partner who will connect them with high quality creators, who fit their brand persona on 9 markets. They chose Influee over other providers because it has an extensive database of creators on niche European markets, such as Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Romania and Croatia. In addition, they wanted to manage all creators in one platform, streamline process for content review and payments and have key elements of collaboration already pre-negotiated (such as unlimited revisions and usage rights).

Solution

Over the course of 3+ years of our collaboration, the brand published over 90 campaigns. They recruited over 200 creators across 9 markets (Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Romania) who produced 400+ pieces of content. They primarily focus on UGC images, but they also created aesthetic GRWM (get ready with me), styling, lifestyle, unboxing and review videos.

Results

  • Influee UGC works really well for our organic social media channels, especially UGC photos. We benefit in particular from increased engagement. On average, a UGC post has a 17% higher engagement than other still images.
  • In ads, UGC video ads have a similar performance to our professionally-shot content, for the fraction of the price. This results in up to 7x higher return in comparison to our other video content.
  • Influee platform has drastically improved our processes. Not only for finding new talent in "niche" markets extremely fast, but for managing all of our creators who reach out to us on our social media. We get a lot of inbound requests from creators and influencers and the only way to manage them is to onboard them to the platform. We re-collaborate with our best-performing creators on a weekly or monthly basis. Challenge

HoMEso faced the challenge of introducing its high-quality, professional-grade skincare treatment into the home-use market, where many consumers are skeptical about the effectiveness of at-home alternatives to salon treatments.
With key markets in Germany and Italy, the brand needed localized content created by Female creators aged 35 and above. Although mesotherapy is a popular and trusted treatment among celebrities and professionals, convincing the broader public that the HoMEso Therapy Kit could deliver the same safe, painless, and affordable results was a significant challenge.
The brand had to address concerns about the product's efficacy and safety, while also highlighting the convenience and cost-saving benefits of using HoMEso at home. The goal was to bridge the gap between professional skincare and at-home routines, making premium treatments accessible to a wider, time-conscious audience.

Solution

To address the brand’s challenge of effectively communicating the benefits and accessibility of their HoMEso Therapy Kit, they launched a campaign on Influee.
The creators were instructed to focus on the product's benefits, such as its lifting, hydrating, and anti-aging effects, while filming in a close-up format to highlight the product’s application and its impact on the skin. The brand requested Raw footage videos to maintain an authentic, unfiltered aesthetic, emphasising real results.
They selected 6 content creators from the mature age category, each tasked with producing 1 or 2 videos showcasing the application of the product. 4 creators selected were from Germany and 2 creators were from Italy.
With a total of 10 videos produced, this approach helped to effectively communicate HoMEso’s unique selling points, building trust with potential customers by showcasing the product's efficacy through genuine user experiences, all within a budget-friendly cost of ONLY 24 EUR per creator.

Results

We made 10 videos on our first campaign at influee and results were phenomenal. I have to emphasize the price - the average price for one video was around 20 EUR only! We also found an overall winning creator, who is now "the face" of our ad campaigns since any variation of her video performs great. In numbers, we are talking about a 20% lower CPA on average in comparison to our other creatives - a huge success!

JoyMins - Food Supplement for weight loss

About the brand

NoDiet is a brand focused on helping people achieve sustainable weight loss through natural, effortless solutions. Their approach allows individuals to maintain a healthy weight without restrictive diets or intense exercise routines, empowering them to enjoy their favorite foods. NoDiet aims to create a supportive community and promote long-term wellness by making weight management simple and accessible for everyone.

The Challenge

The brand recently launched Meta ads in Italy targeting people aged 18-65 with a mix of static and UGC video ads. The most engagement came from women over 35 years old. To scale, they needed additional creators for the Italian market and replicate the strategy in German market. They chose Influee for its flexible pricing, broad creator network, and no long-term contracts, allowing them to adjust or cancel subscriptions monthly.

The Solution

The brand launched a campaign targeting mature female creators in Germany, specifically for Meta and TikTok platforms. They requested raw, unedited video ads to maintain flexibility in ad creation and ensure they could produce multiple variations in post-production. Influee’s offering of full, perpetual usage rights provided the brand with the freedom to make unlimited ad variations without time constraints, ensuring they could continuously adapt their campaigns as needed without worrying about content limitations. This flexibility was key in allowing the brand to scale their campaign and experiment with different approaches to find the most effective ad creatives.

The result

They received 24 applications and selected 11 creators to participate on the campaign. Each creator made 1 video. The average price per video was 80 eur. The content included both a-roll and b-roll footage, neatly edited in cohesive video ads.

On Italian market, we were able to see an uplift in conversions and increased website traffic. We saw about a 10% decrease in CPA in comparison to old UGC videos. However, website traffic was significantly better, about 15% higher than our old creatives. We were able to gradually increase our budgets.

For German market, we found 2 winning creators. We asked them to make 5 additional videos (new angles) with 10 different hooks. That allows us to create 100s of unique ads to fuel our ads. Ordering raw footage with a few extra hooks is the budget-friendly hack I wish I knew sooner.

About the brand

Golden Tree is a European health and wellness brand specializing in nutritional supplements, skincare, and healthy weight loss. Operating for over a decade, they provide solutions to improve health, confidence, and overall well-being. With a presence in multiple European countries, they focus on expertise, innovation, and credibility to help individuals achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. The products are backed by scientists, which separate them from other products and brands on the market. 

Challenge 

There was a lack of content being utilized for advertising purposes. The brand worked with influencers, mainly in Slovenia, and it was primarily in the form of branded content. They scaled their business in Slovenia really well, however, they wanted to expand to other European markets. 
While they had some branded content, they didn't have any User-Generated Content that they could repurpose for their video ads, landing pages, or emails. They didn’t have the rights to use the content long term, which created a huge content deficit. As a result, very little was done to create content that they could keep and use to build social proof. 

Before using Influee, the brand sourced content manually, through an internal database of influencers/content creators. The process involved manually searching through Instagram and their internal database to find the right creators. The biggest challenge with this approach was how time-consuming it was. They had to manually send invite emails to over 100 influencers for each campaign, but the response rate was extremely low - only around 5%. Additionally, most of the proposals they received were out of their budget. 

Solution

Influee was their first choice because it offers a straightforward approach with high-quality creators and an easy-to-use interface. Getting started was fast and easy. Additionally, Influee boasts a large creator database in Europe. While other platforms they considered had a wide selection of creators in the USA, their coverage in Europe was poor. Since Golden Tree is a European company with a focus on markets like Italy, Spain, and the Czech Republic, USA-based creators were not relevant for their needs.
When they first started using Influee, the goal was to first source content for their key markets: Italy, Spain, and the Czech Republic. In the initial three months, they needed as much content as possible to address a significant content shortage. Another goal was to secure a diverse range of content - everything from high-quality UGC to more relatable, everyday content from regular users. Additionally, they wanted to ensure they had the usage rights to the content so it could be used across various channels, including paid and organic ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
Influee provided access to a wide range of content creators, from highly experienced professionals to everyday users, which met their goal of obtaining diverse content. Additionally, Influee simplified the process, by automatically handling usage rights - these rights are pre-negotiated and covered by the platform’s terms of service, making collaboration much smoother.
The Company ordered (raw) video ads. Raw materials were shared with their internal team who made it suitable for different channels. They make different cuts/edits and repurpose the content in various ways. 
At the start of our collaboration, their goal was to get as many videos as possible from 3 markets: Italy, Czech Republic and Spain. 
From September 2024 to March 2025, the company completed 143 collaborations across the respective markets, receiving a total of 322 videos. Specifically, they received 58 UGC videos from the Czech Republic, 97 from Italy, and 167 from Spain. The average price per video in these three markets was just 21.2 EUR.
Overall, during the same period (September 2024 - March 2025), they successfully completed 229 collaborations and received a total of 557 videos in 13 markets. The average price per video across all markets was 27.5 EUR.
The content was used across Meta (for paid advertising and organic social media), various landing pages, email marketing, banners. Securing content with full content usage rights is crucial in this process.

Results 

Content-related results

All re-collaborations are profitable in advertising, and the more profitable they are, the better. In the case of Golden Tree, they re-collaborated with 20% of the creators at least once. When the company sees that a creator performs well in ads, they make sure to collaborate with them again. The profits from these ads are reinvested into creating new content. For example, the company worked with creator Francesca five times, and she produced 70 videos for them.
